Forgotten Borough is a Staten Island–based community built around the people, places, and stories that deserve more attention than they get. Hidden parks. Abandoned history. Local heroes most people have never heard of. The corners of the borough longtime residents drive past every day without knowing what’s behind them.

What started as a TikTok channel has grown into something bigger — a movement of locals proud of where they come from and tired of their home being overlooked. Millions of views. And every comment that says “I grew up here and never knew this existed” is exactly why we do this.

Staten Island has more history, more heart, and more hidden beauty than most people give it credit for. This is the forgotten borough finally remembered.
